Their old website kept them stuck in the past
Still processing event registrations via fax and manually accepting checks as their only form of payment; AMWA-DVC felt stuck in the stone-age and desperately needed to update their website. Not only did they want to give their website a fresh cutting-edge feel to match their organization, but they also wanted to be able to accept event registrations online as well as handle credit card payments. Updating the content on their original website was also a huge burden because all of the website content files were stored as individual HTML documents.
Online event registration and real-time credit card processing brings them up to date
We completely redesigned the AMWA-DVC website from the ground up, integrating their event registration and including real-time credit card processing. Now all of their members can quickly and easily register for events online directly through the website. In addition, the administrators of the AMWA-DVC website can now more quickly and easily make updates to the site’s content through the use of a completely custom and integrated content management system.
